Stash of unknown CDs discovered during rare housecleaning Sunday afternoon. Oh joy!

Serene warbling of the Okinawan folk songstress Akazaki fills the crisp air of my air-conditioned sanctuary.

Grilled Swordfish recipe from lunch:
(As usual, read through various recipes on the net and innovated)

Two 100g swordfish steaks
Salt, pepper, thyme, chilli pepper, lemon juice
Olive oil
Half an onions, 50g Maitake mushrooms (other sorts will do just fine)
Gouda cheese

Marinate steaks in salt, pepper, thyme and chilli pepper
In small aluminium tray, arrange steaks with onions, mushrooms, dribble olive oil
Place sliced gouda cheese on top.
Grill for approx 8 minutes.
Add lemon juice to taste
